As a child struggling to keep me away from the kitchen, very amazed at this attitude. During the holidays, the vocation grew creating dishes. It has successfully established over time, taking more and more professional side, powered by an infinite passion and new ideas, resulting also from the knowledge of Laura – now my wife – from a family of famous pastry chefs and caterers of Bagheria. We will experience, in fact, from “Don Gino”, the opening of “Cozzo di Ciauli”, first restaurant and then place catering to high-profile and much praise and rewards.
In 2009, finally, after extensive and strict training, visits to Master Chefs of Italy, finally, comes “I Pupi”, collected restaurant design of our property. For me and Laura – smiling backbone of the local – a dream come true: to cook at home, in a very nice and pleasant, for the pleasure of our friends-guests.
